We’re offering a 12-month training program to prepare you for promotion to an Account Manager role. You’ll learn everything you need to know about sales, technical concepts in custom signage, and client relationships, with mentorship and support from experienced professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

During your training, you’ll work toward becoming a full-fledged Account Manager, learning to:

1. Understand Technical Concepts: Gain expertise in signage applications like Pylon Signs, Monument Signs, and Electronic Message Centers, enabling you to confidently consult with clients.
2. Build Relationships: Connect with business owners, manage sales leads, and prospect for new opportunities.
3. Close Deals: Plan and prioritize sales activities to meet and exceed goals.
4. Know the Market: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
5. Deliver Excellence: Ensure deposits, payments, and customer satisfaction are handled smoothly.
6. Work as a Team: Collaborate with coworkers to deliver outstanding results.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong aptitude for learning technical concepts and applications.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and safe driving record.
• Willingness to work 45+ hours per week, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including travel to client sites and some outdoor work.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings and a background check.
